We celebrated Father's Day yesterday down at my sister's house in Gilbert. We had such a great time. The kids had fun going to the park and just doing what they do best....being silly and laughing. Us adults got to play some games ie: Farkle, True Colors and Mexican Train. The dad's got to drink beer and tell us wives all their great hunting stories. Some of which we hadn't heard yet. My sister and I set our dad up with a Facebook account. He is very excited about that. Now he just needs to learn how to use a computer! HA! I think he's going to get his own little laptop. Here are some pictures from yesterday.
We got home around 10:15 last night. As we drove up to our house Dave says, "WOW someone t-peed our house!" I started to laugh. Robert was shocked! You see that is what's going on right now with all of his friends. They are all t-peeing houses. He thought (and so did I) that our house would never get t-peed since we have no big trees in our front yard. Dave's car was wrapped up like a present and they found a way to decorate our yard. Robert's gone out with his friend to t-pee only once with an adult driving them. Apparently now a days it's against the law and you can get fined for vandalism. He won't be going out anymore. There's no way our kid is going to get a record. Dave would kill him! We use to do it all the time in the 80's. What I fine funny is that we got home just a little after 10. Who t-pees 9:30 at night? People are still up. We had it cleaned up in 5 minutes.
Today Dave did work, but Robert and I surprised him when he came home for a late lunch/early dinner and had the table loaded with his favorite foods. He's home now and him and Robert are watching some guy movie, so I am just hanging out blogging and getting ready for tomorrow. My mom and dad also stopped by this afternoon for a couple of hours and we played Skip-Bo. Robert won every single game!
